Muscle Memory - Dean, Sam, 4.3k, spoilers for 8.01
Dean is slowly trying to drag his consciousness out of purgatory and into the land of the living where it belongs. It's not going especially well. This is a low-key horror piece where most of the horror comes from Dean's disconnect with his present surroundings, his inability to trust his senses or understand the information they're bringing him or tell Sam about it. Very, very nicely done.

Oh Comely - Jo, Dean, 6.4k, set in an AU S4
It is JO CASEFIC. It is Jo casefic where Dean's asked for her help on a case for reasons that aren't entirely clear to her, and there's all this weird Sam+Dean tension simmering under the surface, and the monster is pretty cool, and still all the time Jo is trying to move on from what happened to the Roadhouse at the end of S2. All that and there's another nifty AU element that turns up at the end like an extra birthday present, just because. :DDDD

Ha, well, I think you could still get away with writing it. There isn't much crossover between the two fandoms anymore; I doubt many people would know the difference.
