Three Degrees of Spike

It's Oscar Month over at still_grrr, so (1) I was browsing the Wikipedia list of all the Oscar-winning films ever.

This led me to (2) Der Fuehrer's Face, an anti-Nazi Disney short that somehow never made it into the compilations of Disney shorts I grew up on. It features quite the song, which goes like this (but which must be seen to be properly appreciated - beware the period racism):

Turns out, (3) Spike sang a part of this song in an issue of the short comic series Spike vs. Dracula.

Okee dokee, then. Still looking for that still_grrr inspiration to hit. (And I still want to do something with Disney shorts. They were a major part of my imaginative landscape as a kid.)
