Well, each recipient already has an assigned writer. However, if you'd like to write an additional fic for any of these prompts and gift it to the requestee, then yes, THEY ARE ALL UP FOR GRABS.

The Yuletide archive on AO3 closes for maintenance/opening sometime circa midnight EST on Christmas Eve. (So, like, 12/24 at 9pm PST.) Any time before that, you can upload fic! (Or art, I suppose...? As long as it's a treat, not an actual fic fill, and therefore doesn't require a particular wordcount? I actually have no idea about that.)

If you do upload fic, just make sure it gets added to the Yuletide 2012 collection (anything >1000 words goes in the main collection, anything <1000 words goes in the Yuletide Madness collection), and that you gift it to the appropriate person.
