DW housekeeping note
Jan. 31st, 2012 06:57 pmDear All,
On DW I'm, ahem, "removing from my circle" all my Open ID people who also have a DW account. My assumption is that if you need to access flocked posts on my DW and you have a DW account, then you will use that.
If that's not true of you, let me know I will happily add your Open ID account back into my circle.

Date: 2012-02-01 03:19 am (UTC)Basically, in terms of reading and commenting, it functions a lot like a DW account, only I believe it works on a variety of platforms, not just DW.
What I've done is basically unfriended all the Open ID accounts that belong to people who also have a DW account. So I unfriended your Open ID, for example, because you have a DW account and can presumably log into it to view any flocked DW entries that you feel like viewing. That's really all it affects, I think.
Does that feel rude and horrible? I suppose it could be a problem if a person had forgotten their DW login info...
