I failed to mention it earlier, but: Yuletide! My fic is posted and, other than some last-minute polishing, done. Yay. I'd been worried about AO3 server overload, but uploading turned out to be relatively painless.

Meanwhile, I checked the list of Yule fandoms and found that at least one story had been posted for each of my fandoms. Gift-shaking foiled! Although, let's be honest, I didn't really want to know.

In other Christmasfic things, I'm making steady progress on the Spuffy story. I should warn you all, it ain't deep. I'm having fun writing it, though.

I think I know which of my requests was filled. Which is fun, but also disappointing because it's not the other three... So illogical. I think it's better to focus on reading the fic you get. IOW, I am wise after the event and should not have peeped. Sigh.

So true. I know exactly what you mean. I can't decide if I have a preference (although... this is the third year in a row I've made the same SeaQuest request. I am going to get SQ fic one of these years. I am, I am!).

I defaulted because my aunt's funeral was on the weekend before the deadline, but then I saw that someone had written me a fic and that made me feel guilty and so now I'm making amends by writing four treat fics simultaneously :)

Now that my assigned fic is finished, I'm longingly eyeing a pinch hit that went out a couple of weeks ago and trying to think of a treat to write for it. The prompt is wide-open and in a dear childhood fandom of my heart... we shall see. If a bunny strikes...
