bruttimabuoni wrote me a Faith/Giles ficlet. Then she wrote another. Now there's a whole 'verse of Faith/Giles, with varying levels of domesticity. She does a lovely job with both characters, capturing voices and idiosyncracies beautifully.
In brief: I recommend. More Faith/Giles, yay!
