SPN: Provenance and Dead Man's Blood
Mar. 20th, 2011 10:58 pmBSG has been dragging so badly lately that tonight I showed the roommate some Supernatural instead. We started with Hell House, for the fun, Something Wicked because she was still up for more, and Dead Man's Blood (which I hadn't seen yet).
She enjoyed it. In fact, she pronounced it "better than Buffy."
There may have been some accusations of blasphemy at that point.
She prefers it because the tone is more serious and because she says the characters have more depth. I argued the good cause for a few minutes, but at the end of the day I was just tickled she wanted to watch more SPN with me, and after all, she did watch basically all of BtVS on my say-so. I think I'll keep her. *g*
