snick_backupWe are marathoning S5 at this point, so I'm way behind in my reviews, but:
* I'm pretty sure that 99 Problems is, from an objective and technical standpoint, the worst episode since at least S3. My heavens, the pacing, you guys. When the conflict looked like it'd about burned itself out, I literally could not believe my eyes when VLC told me I was only twenty minutes in. I thought it'd screwed up reading the file or something.
* In the middle of Point of No Return I wanted very much to conk Dean over the head with a beer bottle. I am happy to report that by the end, I didn't want to anymore. In fact, given the title how the ep started, the ending was much much less of a downer than I was expecting. I feel almost hopeful! Yay that.
