I watched Hot Dogs last night. Three eps to go in S1, and for your entertainment (and my claim-staking) here be my thoughts:

Duncan's tortured not by what he does know, but what he doesn't know. First his parents and now he think he murdered Lilly while in an epileptic fit, but since he has no memory of the events and his parents arrived after she was already dead, none of them actually know for certain. In fact, he discovered her after she was already dead and got his soccer uniform bloody in the process, hence the need for laundry.

(All this is unrelated to his reasons for breaking up with Veronica, which probably have to do with their potential siblinghood - which Jake Kane may have actually have confirmed and found to be true - but which may instead have had to do with something else to do Jake's relationship with Lianne or even some other completely unrelated Kane family business.)

Someone else murdered Lilly Kane, most likely because of her "good secret" that she mentioned to Veronica during the car wash. Lilly's murder was in cold blood (because those are the most chilling kind, and because Duncan being guilty would be a blow against epileptics everywhere).

Weevil left her some kind of potentially-incriminating note which he has just now retrieved, and he may know something that he's been holding back for his own protection (both legal and physical), but is innocent of her murder.

However, a lot of this speculation hinges not on facts known within the story, but on my previous experience with mysteries. Would a suspect put forward two thirds of the way through the narrative actually turn out to be the culprit? It depends on what you read/watch. VM is a very smart show, and if it turns out to be manipulating all my mystery-reader expectations for its own dramatic ends, I will be in no way surprised.
