A/N: Written for the apocalyptic round of femslash_minis for snogged, who asked for the Slayer handbook, the mall, and "Little Black Holes That Open Up, Destroy Things, and Disappear."

This is a weird one, y'all. I can't really explain what's going on in the background, other than that canon's been doing quite a bit of diverging. Also that the apocalypse is treating Willow pretty well, all things considered.

( Willow waited in the double entry between the inner and outer doors, her palm hot with the banked fires of the unity orb Giles had helped her bind this morning.  )
