I keep eyeing that Gen/Jared, hypothermia prompt, but I'm not sure about it.

Personally the one I want filled is the Jeff/Jared/Jensen threesome with Jeff preferring to bottom. Or the rather amazing Gen + Danneel + MAGIC one.

Edited to add: Or the prompt I left of course, where I don't care if there is sex or not, I just want Brad from GK fighting monsters with Dean Winchester, and all sorts of Marine feelings.

I have eyeing the Gen+Danneel+MAGIC one, too! And also about all the prompts above (except probably the Rufus/Ellen one, because I prompted it, and *cough* I fill enough of my own prompts as it is). I've got them all in a word document, so I figure I'll take it all home over Christmas break and start in a couple that I fancy. :)

Sigh. I love that Regency prompt. But I *cannot* write a Regency about those names. Either forename, or Ackles the surname. They are so wrong that paralyses my writing gene. (I can't read a couple of extremely promising looking Regency J2s for the same reason.)

I've only once before experienced that kind of block on a prompt that I'd like to write, but it really isn't overcome-able when it happens.

I think I must be the only one who'd prefer anachronistic names! I read a Regency-era CWRPF in which all of the names were changed (and the characters behaved like Regency-era characters), and it left me scratching my head and trying to figure out how it wasn't an original fic, since even for RPF, there wasn't much recognizable about anyone.

I, er, hear that the mysterious person who originally prompted that might have edited out, for the sake of trying to stop the prompt from being ridiculously long, the bit of the prompt that said "totally feel free to change their names to something period-appropriate". But it was there, and its spirit remains.

So, you know, John, sent by his friend Tristan, could absolutely be seduced by unconventional Daniela, with her assistant Mikhail (though she calls him by the diminutive Misha), and part of the reason she gets away with the unusual behaviour is that people pass it off as being Foreign what with her being Bulgarian or something and him being Russian...
