Classic Recs!

Just a reminder that buffyversetop5 opens their Classic Recs Weekend starting tomorrow and going through Halloween, Oct 31. Any fanwork/art/fic from before 2010 is eligible. I've been working up lists for a while now. Most of what I'm reccing, y'all around here have already seen, but now with 100% more theme!

Out of curiosity, is there any particular sort of thing you'd like to see recced? It's something I really enjoy doing, and I would not mind inspiration. :)

I know a lot of people don't like them, but I do enjoy a well-written baby fic (feel free to include Seraph). How about a list of your favorites?

Hee! Spuffy babyfics is already in the works - you read my mind. FWIW, though, I also did a more general babyfics post last year. I definitely have a weakness for them, too. :)

I'm always up for historical stuff, but it doesn't get recced much. Dru, Darla, and Spike! Mmmm, mmmm, good!

I'll have to give that one some thought. I don't read all that much historical stuff, is my problem - mostly I'd end up reccing you, I think, which would be pleasant but not actually solve your problem. *g*

Hey now. You've heard the term "contemporary classic"? Used mostly by ad agencies, I know, but still...

Besides, since "classic" is "anything written before this year," the vast majority of us are classics. :)
