Question: when were either Xander or Willow treated in the hospital during the series? I can think of Willow in "Becoming" and Xander when his eye's poked out, but were there any other times?

Well, Xander must've been treated in Becoming, too, since he has a cast on his arm. But yeah, those are the only times I can think of.

He also breaks his arm in Triangle, so he must have gone to hospital then, too.

Yep, me too. I can think of Buffy (at least twice), Joyce (obviously, but also in s2), Faith, Anya, Tara, Cordelia, Giles, probably Dawn, even BtVS Wesley in hospital, but not of another Xander or Willow example. I think they were even reasonably whole after The Gift.

This series really spend rather a lot of time in hospitals. I really should get around to loading that Spike-in-a-hospital-gown icon I have sitting on my hard drive...

(And definitely Dawn: remember the arm in "Wrecked.")

Xander when he had his arm broken in Triangle. You don't see it, but he has a cast aftewards. That's the only one I can think of.
