I don't really have any deep thoughts this time around.

Nice seeing alpha vamp again. Sorry to see him at the leviathan's mercy and ending up owing Sam and Dean. But apparently we will be seeing him next season, eh?
I love Dick Roman's devil's trap. That's great.
I'm not invested in Roman as a character, but the casting there is really perfect. James Patrick Stuart does a magnificent job as a smiley, smarmy motivational-speaker type.
Kevin Tran lives! There will be more Kevin Tran! Seriously, I absolutely fell in love with him last ep, and I'd really like if he survived all this. How awesome would it be if we checked in with the keeper of the word every half season or so, huh?
I was unexcited about Bobby coming back as a ghost, but it's actually been pretty interesting, seeing how a person becomes a vengeful spirit.
I don't understand why Sam and Dean were so much more appalled at alpha vamp keeping little boy rather than girl. Was it because he was a boy? I choose to believe that it was because he was younger (not that Emily hadn't been young at one point). Otherwise I have no words for the implication that violation (sexual or, uh, hemophagic) of a female is somehow less awful than that of a male.
Crowley's just been having a rough year, hasn't he? First Roman spurns his advances, and then he summons him into a devil's trap. I much prefer him scrabbling around under some bigger threat than him as a threat himself.
BOYS. My poor boys, trying to save the world and eat healthy despite themselves while also dealing with the fact that their dearest friend in the world is becoming a vengeful spirit. Clearly they should have burned Bobby's flask two episodes ago after he hurt Charlie, and just as clearly they aren't going to until their hand is forced. I JUST WANT TO GIVE THEM HUGS.
