I saw scans of this issue on Tumblr and knew immediately that I had to check it out. It turns out it's a one-shot from just after the Avengers Disassembled arc, IIRC. I looked it up, and if I understand the background properly, then this issue has some squicky aspects that I won't bore you with because the story is totally unnecessary for appreciating the artwork, which is by Alex Maleev, from New Avengers #26.
Because look. This is Clint Barton, having just woken up in the snow in (I think?) Central Park:

And now we have this scene between Clint and Wanda Maximoff some of the most sumptuous art I have ever seen:
