Have posted a couple of things recently. First, for the Bruins exchange I wrote Las a fic that was supposed to be about pond hockey and ended up instead being about homesickness and coming home and all the things that might mean. As I warned [personal profile] verity when I sent it to her for beta, it is VERY EARNEST.

Patrice considered the distance on Google Maps, and he talked to his mother. Finally he called his grandmother. “Could I come out and see you and the family, one afternoon?” Of course he could, she assured him, just the slightest bit offended that he would ask. It took him longer to ask the next question. “Can I bring someone with me?”

And then today I posted a sequel to that Sid/Geno stuffing kink from way back.

Deliberately Geno laid out on the coffee table the enormous subs Carl and Sons was known for: a hot pastrami on wheat for him, Sid’s sweet mustard turkey. But this time, there was a spare. He put that one next to the others, reverent, anticipating.

Sid eyeballed it curiously. “You extra hungry today?”
