So y'all need to go over and read A Fish Out of Water, which some kind anonymous soul wrote me for spnspringfling for my prompt "an unlikely mermaid." It's about Sam and Jody Mills, but mostly it's about a quite fearsome elderly woman who starts out the fic with her shotgun trained on Sam. For my money, she is absolutely the best part.

There's been a lot of other neat stuff, too, such as a Dean/Castiel Men in Black mashup (oh the nostalgia), a very nifty S6!Sam/Gwen Campbell piece from Gwen's POV, a Mary character study, and this gorgeous (yet adorable!) watercolor.
